Over the course of building the Gametiime community, we have heard numerous requests for an improved mobile experience for discovering and saving races on Gametiime.com.

Today, we are pleased to announce that Gametiime.com has evolved to now feature a fresh, easier-to-use mobile interface. All of the same features you have grown to love — like searching for events in your city or a date range, saving races to your user profile, claiming virtual race medals, and more — are now available through an improved, responsive layout.

Introducing: Leave a comment on a friend’s saved race

As Gametiime continues to evolve into a more and more robust platform for runners to socially connect, it’s only appropriate that we give you additional ways to communicate with one another. Whether it’s for a good luck or a few quick tips leading up to an event, or a congratulations after a successful race finish, we thought it would be useful to give to give you the ability to leave a comment on a friend’s saved race.

Gametiime empowers 60,000 relationships through Gametiime Groups Beta and selects its next batch of running groups

Since launching our first batch of running groups weeks ago, we have helped running groups across the country to connect digitally and coordinate race meet ups easier than ever before.

For those of you in these running groups, you are showing us the value of social connections and having the ability to discover races based on what your friends are doing to the tune of 60,000 relationships* between fellow group members near and far — and it doesn’t stop there. All the while, you’ve also helped your respective charitable causes, running clubs, and brand sponsors raise awareness by personifying their mission as a healthy, active, and social race participant.

* A relationship is formed when one Gametiime user follows another and opts-in to receive notifications about the races they have saved, photos they have uploaded, and comments they have posted on Gametiime.

Since launching our first batch of running groups for Gametiime Groups Beta, we have empowered thousands of runner connections around the world, provided a great way for runners to share race schedules, photos, and insider opinions, and given brands and causes another platform to spread their mission across the running community.

Introducing: Share your Gametiime profile on your blog or website

Since we launched new user profiles a couple months ago, a number of users have asked us for a seamless way to link to their Gametiime profile via their personal running blog or website. Well, good news. It’s here!

With just a quick click of a button, a Gametiime profile badge will allow you to easily share your upcoming races, race history, wish list races, and race photos with your friends and blog readers.

A week and a half ago, we announced the launch of Gametiime Groups Beta — a new way to connect running groups like never before. After opening the application process, we received a fantastic response from local running clubs, brand ambassador programs, and endurance-centric charity teams who are excited about connecting their members around the races they run and growing their presence in the running community.

Do you belong to a running club, brand ambassador program, or charity team? We know how important it is to connect with other runners — whether to inspire or be inspired, find running new buddies, raise awareness for your cause, or quench your competitive thirst.

To empower this, we’ve launched a new feature called Gametiime Groups Beta. It gives running groups a uniquely-branded single page, allowing members to easily find one another, share upcoming and past races, and show pride for their respective group.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen more and more people save races and add photos on Gametiime. Not only is it a joy for us to see all the accomplishments you’re achieving, it’s also clear to see the value these features have to you as Gametiime users. So, we’ve taken steps to more clearly organize this information and allow you to personalize it.

Newly-designed user profiles User profiles just got a whole lot better. While you won’t see any changes in the way you save races to your Wish List or Registered List, you’ll see a big difference in how we present them once you do. Saved races will now be separated into Upcoming Races, Race History, and Wish List — allowing you and others to clearly see what races you’ve finished, which lie ahead, and which have peaked your interest.
